MSME Development

 a) Business Development
It is an ever evolving concept in this developing world and can be approached from different perspectives. NCCL provide business development service by making both private and public organizations/institutions to be more competitive (using competitive approaches and models), expanding products or services, and/or focusing on specific markets for their products or services.
In other words, NCCL help organizations both private and public to develop their business beyond its current state by involving activities associated with running a company/organization such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organizing and planning.

b) Microcredit Services
With a believe that, relatively small loans could have a positive effect on the economy of Tanzania as microcredit enabled the poor people to engage in self-employment projects, which gave them income through ncome generation activities (IGAs). Unfortunately, only a few commercial banks grant loans to the poorest people because it is too risky to provide credits to them.

However, NCCL intends to increase opportunities for the poor both men and women to access financial services by providing financial services to low income entrepreneurs, mobilizing deposits from members and non-members and then loaning a certain percentage of these funds to urban and rural producers, traders and small-scale farmers.

c) Vendor Management
It is more common than not for vendors to be responsible for deliverables within a project. Whether you are implementing a new project or outsourcing a piece of your business, vendor management is a necessity in business today. NCCL has the experience to manage and work on your behalf with vendors to ensure terms and conditions are met.
During the planning process, you may discover vendor deliverables have dependencies on each other. We can help you identify those integration points and manage the handoffs between multiple parties. As the experts, we know the pitfalls and act on your behalf as ‘the owner’s rep” to ensure all parties associated with projects meet their commitments. Managing scope and the contract while applying change management to the process provides the transparency required to achieve success.
