Organogram

NCCL has got a well-structured organization structure (organogram). The highest body is the Board. The Board is responsible for determining the Company's vision and mission to guide and set the pace for its current operations and future development; determining the values to be promoted; determining and review of Company’s goals and policies. The next to the Board is the Managing Director (MD).

The MD is the overall in-charge of the Company and is a decision maker on behalf of the Company. The MD is assisted by Associate Manager. These two positions require personnel who have extensive experience in Leadership, Consultancy and Development issues.
Moreover for the operations of the Company to go smoothly NCCL has got other personnel who also play great roles in our service delivery including the Technical Advisors, Programs Manager, Finance and Administrative Manager and a Cluster of Consultancies (Associate Consultants) with different specializations
