Ms Ulumbi is a Finance Expert. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy of Institute of Accountancy Arusha.

Ulumbi is currently working as Principle Accountant (Revenue) in a reputable higher learning institution in Tanzania. She has experience in managing public and projects funds i.e. Chololo Eco village Project funded by European Union, Niche Project, PEP CBEM Project and Sikiliza Project.
