The overall objective of this Consultancy was to develop a five year Strategic Plan to ensure Songwe RRH fulfils its mandate.

The overall aim of this assignment was to conduct OCA and prepare the business development tool.

Assignment 5: Review of Sharing World Tanzania (SWT) Strategic Plan, Financed by SWT and Commissioned by Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), Dodoma, May 2015.
The overall aim of this assignment was to update the existing strategic plan to enable availability of reliable and correct information. During the process of reviewing the strategic plan, training was also a major component of the assignment in which SWT staffs were trained on how to carry out such assignment as sustainability approach
